HALL Park is HALL Group’s 162-acre, 16-building office park in Frisco, Texas, consisting of 2.5 million square feet of office space. The park is surrounded by hundreds of works of inspiring art, winding walking trails, abundant green space and modern amenities. The park features an incredibly diverse array of companies, both big and small, across a multitude of industries. Craig Hall purchased the land that would become HALL Park in the late 1980s, when Frisco had a population of approximately 6,000 people. Construction began on the first building in 1997, and we’ve been growing with Frisco ever since. Today, 8,000 employees work at HALL Park in 16 completed buildings, with a 17th currently under construction, and Frisco has a population of more than 160,000 people. HALL Park has greatly benefited from its location in Frisco, which is also home to the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, FC Dallas, the Stonebriar Center and Dr Pepper Ballpark. It is one of the fastest growing cities in the United States and is rapidly becoming the jewel of the North Dallas area.
